As Chief Operating Officer, Tony provides day-to-day leadership for the ministry teams in the U.S. and Zambia overseeing Finance, Ministry Operations, Technology and Human Resources.
A CPA with a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from The University of Southern Mississippi, Tony joined Every Orphan’s Hope in 2014 from the North American Baptist Conference (NAB), where he served for 10 years as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Ministry Support. Prior to his non-profit leadership at NAB, Tony worked 12-years in the for-profit healthcare sector, serving in his last position as Corporate Controller at Integrated Systems & Control, Inc.
His tenure at NAB included leading accounting and operational activities for U.S., Canada and Cameroon-based organizations as well as directing the NAB response efforts to disasters in the U.S., Southeast Asia, Haiti, Brazil and Japan. Tony was directly involved in the on-site relief efforts in Tacloban, Philippines and it was his direct involvement in demonstrating the love and hope that Christ offers a hurting world that moved Tony to seek more direct involvement in caring for the least of these among us, and in particular, the orphan.
