US Leadership Team

GARY SCHNEIDER founded Every Orphan’s Hope in 2002 after answering God’s call to care for orphaned and vulnerable children in Zambia. A visionary leader with a heart for the Gospel, Gary pioneered the ministry’s family-based model and launched the global Orphan Sunday movement. He continues to serve as President and CEO, leading with energy, faith, and deep compassion as he advances the mission to see children restored, equipped, and rooted in the love of Christ.

ALYSON PRESLEY serves as Chief Operating Officer at Every Orphan’s Hope. For over five years, she has provided steady and thoughtful leadership across ministry operations and program development. Alyson brings a deep love for Jesus, a strong knowledge of God’s Word, and a passion for the mission. She oversees U.S. operations and supports ministry programs in Zambia, where she also leads mission teams with energy and care. Alyson helps guide new initiatives, partnerships, and projects with wisdom and attention to detail.

NATALIE GREEN recently joined Every Orphan’s Hope as Chief Development Officer. A gifted relationship-builder and dedicated mom, Natalie brings over 15 years of experience in global ministry fundraising, most recently with Africa New Life Ministries in Rwanda. She is passionate about helping vulnerable children experience the love and freedom found in Christ and now leads donor development and fundraising strategies to expand the reach and impact of the EOH mission.
Zambia Leadership Team

MOSES CHULU, National Director, has led Every Orphan’s Hope in Zambia since 2014, providing strategic oversight. He spearheads national efforts like Camp Hope and Orphan Sunday and holds a degree in Organizational Leadership.

MARYANN PHIRI, Deputy Director of Operations, has served since 2011, ensuring operational excellence throughout EOH Zambia. She oversees administration, procurement, accounting, and support teams, and leads Business-as-Missions efforts.

HELLEN MUMBA, Deputy Director of Programs, founded the Baby Homes in 2014, which merged with EOH in 2018. She now oversees direct care programs and leads national collaboration to strengthen child care through the Thrive Program.
