Sponsorship through Every Orphan’s Hope aims to fully restore hope and a sense of belonging that an orphan loses by placing him or her in a new family. As you might imagine, it takes more than one person to provide all of those things to ensure that a child has a bright and thriving future! Each child in our program needs multiple sponsors to financially provide for all of their needs. Every dollar received for your sponsored child is well-invested to encourage the best possible outcome for your sponsored child’s future. Your sponsorship helps create an entire support network of caring, specialized people and professionals to help your sponsored child develop and thrive spiritually, physically, emotionally, and mentally.

How your sponsorship support is used

Housing

All aspects of a permanent home for your sponsored child is provided thanks to your support. This includes utilities, maintenance, furnishings, appliances, etc.

Household needs & toiletries

Your monthly sponsorship buys items such as laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, hair care products, skin care products, household cleaning supplies, cooking supplies, toiletries, towels, and bedding.

Food

All fresh vegetables, fruits, meat proteins, staple food items such as maize meal, rice, beans, and cooking oils are provided through your sponsorship.

Medical Care

Your sponsorship includes meeting all of the medical needs of your child.

Celebrations & Outings

Your help makes it possible for us to have parties like the annual Christmas party as well as arrange holiday visits for our children with extended family members.

Government Compliance

Trained staff members manage government reporting requirements and case management for each child in our care. Your sponsorship helps us advocate for your child and protect their rights.

Transportation

All transportation for school, medical clinic visits, grocery shopping, and visiting extended family members is provided.

Clothing

Your sponsorship provides for all of your child’s clothes and shoes.

Discipleship

Spiritual discipleship is a critical component. We want every child to know the love of their Heavenly Father. Your sponsorship allows for on-site daily discipleship and a pastoral staff.

Education

Your monthly support helps cover all costs of education including tuition, uniforms, tutoring, school supplies and books.

Sports & Physical Activity

We provide an environment that promotes physical activity, teamwork, and good sportsmanship. Your sponsorship makes this possible.

Psychosocial Counseling

We offer specialized professional counseling for our children who need help healing from the traumas they experienced prior to joining our homes.

Ways to connect with your sponsored child

You may write your sponsored child a handwritten letter. They love receiving letters and cherish the thoughtfulness. Don’t forget to send some photos! You may send your letter to:

We typically offer short-term mission trips to Zambia every year. Sponsor trips are a great way to connect with your sponsored child! If you are interested in a mission trip to meet your child in-person, simply fill out the form below:

There are a couple of ways to send gifts to your sponsored child. The primary way is by donating money to the Sponsor Gift Fund. This money allows our children to go on an annual shopping spree at the mall with their mama for items they want. An email with more detailed information is typically sent to sponsors in late November regarding this gift option.
